Returns and refunds
If you are unhappy with the item you have purchased then please contact Anne and the team by emailing [email protected]. If you wish to return the item this must be done within 7 days of purchasing the product. You will need to take care of the goods whilst in your possession.
A full refund is available on stock items, to check if you purchase a stock item call our team on 0161 8317613.
Our bespoke items that are personally made to your specifications are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and no refund will be available. Should you wish to cancel your order, for bespoke items you must contact us within two working days. After two days, our refund policy will apply.
Please contact us if you receive you product in a damaged condition.
